Do you focus on pleasant thoughts, or do you lie awake and worry?

mostly i think about my boy away at the army, then i stress about the crap my sisters are going through, and if i have to work the next day i'm stressing coz i'm getting no sleep lol

Pleasant thoughts! Only so they can drift me off to sleep. If i worry then it keeps me awake for hours on end! Believe me, it's not a pretty sight in the morning if i don't get any sleep!

When I can't sleep I worry about everyone and everything in my life. I also think about some past things and I get angry. That's why I come on here when I can't sleep so I don't just sit there and worry.

No I think about things I shouldn't be thinking about and then I can't stop thinking and I have to end up getting up or finding something to read. Sometimes I just take a pill and knock myself out

I think about what I might like to happen. I play the whole scenario over in my head. Kind of like a mini movie. They say thought can create so I like to make things happen if I can.

I have insomnia.
I sleep only 2 to 4 hours each night, so I usually end up here till I have to go to work.

I'm either lying awake worrying about what i have to do that next day...that i probably should have done like, 2 days ago....haha..or daydreaming about him ;)
