heres my attempt.

well today feathers fell from the sky and there was a light weez. the sky was a algy green and the clouds were joker purple. it was so humid it was dry and it had a 30 percent chance of cats and dogs.

basically every day weather.

weirdest conditions get ten points.

I don't know if you can call it a weather 'condition', but I was once in a 'thunder blizzard'. I.E. a blizzard accompanied by infrequent lightning strikes.

Fish rained down from the sky causing lightning bolts crabbing down to the surface

an indian summer where it should not be, like a warm wind called foehne on the alps during ski season and then would be snow avalanche.

erstwhile perhaps is any extreme and odd weather condition
