Some people are just so bored they have to find different ways of amusing themselves! Typing like that is just one of them! What's worse is when they have all the little pictures and symbols which represent letters or words while they're on msn and it takes hours to figure out what they are saying!

They generally do this to distract people from the fact that silly capitalization is the only interesting thing about what they have to say.
