How about the Numa Numa song. LOL
Eres Tu by Mocedades is one of my favorite older songs. So is 99Luft Ballons. I don't understand either.
Loop and Loop by Asian Kung Fu Generation is good too.
There are several others, but I don't know the names.

I listen to a lot of Spanish music - nearly half of my iPod is in Spanish. And some French, Portuguese, Romanian... I also listen to Russian music but it's not really foreign to me, either.

I don't necessarily like an artist but I like some French music and some songs on the Amelie soundtrack that are French............. Portugese music is good too. I listen to alot of spanish music but I actually understand it so I don't know if that counts.

All the time. Daddy Yankee, Wyclef Jean, and Nelly Furtado has some cool stuff that I can't understand. And does Bob Dylan count as a foreign language, cause it sure ain't english!?

Yes, i agree with t.a.T.u. I also like some times when I am in an Indian restuarant and they play pleasant music.....

yes, there are a couple of Japanese bands I like. As long as the music is good, I don't really need to know what they are saying.

Nelly Furtado has a spanish song.. i cant understand most of it but i listen to it anyway.... it freaks people out when they get in my car and hear it LOL so it serves its purpose!

i don't know any artists, but i catch myself listening to foreign music sometimes...it's crazy like turning up the t.v. on foreign films even though the subtitles are on...
