In the modern NHL with all 82 games? Theoritically, it's possible, but highly unlikely. Maybe back in the Original Six Era and before there was one, but nothing's coming to mind so I don't think so. There could also be one pre-NHL too, when Stanley's Cup was awarded to another league operated by the Patrick brothers. But again, nothing's coming to mind, so I don't think so.
