I uploaded a vid to youtube and after awhile it was playing. I changed the tags and it now won't play(20 hrs)

Question

Any ideas or is it just waiting to be viewed and approved? Also the file has a .VOB extension although it is a mpeg file. I'm not sure if this is normal or not. The file is from a section of a DVD that I had made from a mini-dv tape. It is less than 100MB.
