i cant get on to system restore either theres nothing,.... to get on here i had to go to the task manager please help... liz

Could it be that it's just minimized?
Put your mouse at the bottom of the page. If it turns into a double-arrow mouse pointer, click the mouse and drag the bar up.

did you progression your mouse to the backside of the reveal? on occasion the taskbar would be hidden and springs up only once you progression your mouse there. If it does pop up, top click and bypass to properties and unselect the 'vehicle-conceal taskbar' checkbox. If that doesn't paintings, attempt pressing the window logo key on your keyboard. This usually brings up the beginning up menu.. wish it works

It sounds like it has been minimized.
Look around your window and you should see a blue line. Click and drag the line out. This will expand your taskbar.
To lock it in place, drag it to where you want it and RIGHT click it and select "Lock Taskbar"
