How do you install a webcam without a cd?

I just got a new webcam.

id say just plug it in
most times windows hardware installation wizard will install all the drivers you need for it to work
if not got to manufacturer's site for the proper drivers but be aware that most web cams come with a bunch of useless bundled software that you will rarly use

it should bring a cd, if not go to the manufacturers website and download the software from there
