No as they are seen as separate people but they both would be punishes as they are attached.

The act of one of the Siamese twins is an exclusive act and does not bind the other twin because they have separate minds. Thus, when the other commits murder, the other twin cannot be convicted.

Something similar actually happened to the most famous of the cojoined twins, Chang and Eng Bunker. A person came up on stage when they were exhibiting themselves, and one of the twins took offense, slugging the fellow. The man pressed charges, but the judge dismissed it, saying it wouldn't be fair to jail the innocent twin with his guilty brother. The twins did pay a fine one time for brawling, but they were both involved in the incident.

Probably. It would be impossible for one Siamese twin to commit a crime without the other twin's co-operation. People with multiple personalities are convicted, even though only one of the personalities committed the crime.

Well...guess they'd just have to surgically separate them and throw the guilty one in the slammer ! Nahhh...now, how many Siamese Twins do you know that would actually have the capability to commit violence ? I doubt there's any...but you never know, huh ? So...in that case, it would be a tough decision for the courts. Wow...what a question.

i think of if that undertaking did upward push up in the right way you have presented, the equipment could could lock the two away for what the different did, by using fact leaving a assassin unfastened from punishment and unfastened to wreck others isn't purely.. Like in wars while the army drops bombs on the enemy some harmless civilians continuously gets killed, the placement you have presented will could take an analogous end the place an harmless individual will could face an unlucky undertaking by using their connection with the accountable occasion..

Interesting.... I guess it would depend on whether or not the other twin knew about it beforehand, tried to stop the murder, and/or cooperated with police and investigators after the fact.

ALSO, if one twin was convicted and the other one was not, would both go to jail?
Wow, my brain hurts.
