Ok, there is this boy in 3 of my classes and I"ve been totally crushing on him for weeks. My friends asked him out for me but he said no. Now he's acting like he doesn't even know me!!! My friends all think that he is too nervous to talk to me, and I try to believe it, but it doesn't help. I need answers!!!! What should I do?

i was in the same situation. i told my friend to tell him tht i wasnt interested anymore in him. she told him and now me and him are totally cool. i still kinda have a crush on him though. we say hi to each other in the hallway and in the orchestra room. i think it is kinda still awkward but he isnt avoiding me like he used to be when he knew tht i liked him. u should do the same. and NVER NEVER NEVER EVER get a friend to ask a guy out for u. i have never asked someone out but had 1 person ask me out. but i still know not to do tht. BIG MISTAKE. ok well hope i helped.

have u ever heard of the saying, "if you let something go, and it comes back it yours"? Well its the same concept. guys are that way. Give it the 3 day rule. Leave him alone for 3 whole days, no contact. Guys just deal with things differently then girls. Then wait for him to see if he says anything. if u do nothing, it may surprise you. And if nothing happens, then it wasnt meant to work out in the first place.

Well for one, never have your friends "ask out a boy for you."

That would never turn a guy on. Guys like confident women.

There's pretty much nothing you can do... just act naturally for a while. Maybe start over with him (let him come to you) and then one day if it feels right you can approach him YOURSELF.

That boy sounds like my son. Do you live in Southern IL?

My son is going through the same thing. He always say no when a girl asks him out. It's not that there is anything wrong with the girl. It's because he feels that he's not ready for dating etc...

He said that he's waiting for a special girl who is not "fast", not
" too grown", and thinks that she knows "all of that".

He wants a sweet, smart girl.

Are you her?

Depends on your and his age and I have to agree with the fact that you are needing to approach him and not send your friends. Its a turnoff for just about everyone. Secondly, if you don't know how to open the conversation.. ask him genuinely about a class related question.

Well haha as a friend i would say he's interested but maybe just not ready to move on. Like maybe flirt with his best friends and see his reaction. If he does make any moves or looks interested then he definatly likes you. But if nothing changes move on.

Start talking or flirting with another guy in the class. Hopefully he will notice then will start thinking that he needs to step his game up, or somebody else is going to take your attention off him.

Maybe he is ignoring you because you got your friends to do it for you instead of doing it yourself. That was really immature. So maybe he do like you butthe best way to find out is talking to him yourself
