i jsut got a nose job and it hurts like hell how can i feel better? i get the cast off thursday.?

I can't believe that the surgeon didn't give you instructions/medication to help with the pain.

It shouldn't hurt at all. It must be infected. OH GOD that's horrible. it might fall off now.
