Plug your Ipod in and open up itunes. Go to the music store and create an account, Browse the music you want and click buy on the songs you want. You may be asked to open an account and link it to a debit card, or you can buy pre-purchased cards that have set amounts of money on.
Once on your computer, it depends on whether your ipod updates automatically (in which case it's on your ipod), or manually. If manually, just drag the songs you want from your itunes music library to your ipod section under devices on the left hand side.
