Do I go to a disney resort or to a villia i have two young kids

It really depends how much room you are wanting. Disney also offers villas, but I don't know if that is in your budget.
If you are planning to spend a lot of time at Disney, that really is the way to go. I always stay at Disney, the quality of what you get usually exceeds most of what is available outside of Disney.
A villa offsite is going to be rather high as well, but probably run less than Disney's villas, depending on what you choose. If you are not planning to do a timeshare tour, you can get a regular room at Disney for less.
There are a lot of options, it just depends what your plans are, how much space you need/want and how much you want to spend.
