Im not sure of what the song is called but it is by P Diddy. This song is very old but if you hear it will make you cry. If you watch Rush Hour 2 before the scene with the fighting on the boat you'll hear a part of it.

Luckily none of my friends have died yet. But the one song that I straight away associate with someone deceased is "Here Without You" by 3 Doors Down. It is the tribute song for pro wrestler Eddie Guerrero who died last year.
