I am part of a girl scout troop and i am in charge of leading an activity and well there's going to be about 50 girls and i need to come up with a really cheap way to make drums. Their going to be the ones who make it and they need to have somewhere to draw on it cuz we're going to be focusing on a certain country. Can anyone help me?

You can get a few large pvc pipes (250 inches total) from a hardware store (they are white and plastic) and get them cut into 5 inch sections.
The Home Depot has been absolutely wonderful to the Girl Scouts in our area. If you tell them that it's for Girl Scouts and you purchse the piping (it's tax free if you bring your tax exempt paper...your leader ill have one), they may even cut it for you if you explain what you are doing.
The girls could draw on the sides using sharpies or non-washable marker.
For the tops, you can (ahead of time) trace the pipes and cut out 50 circles out of heavy cardboard. If you have an adult go to a liquer store, they have a lot of boxes that they throw out and have always donated the carboard to our scouts when we've asked. The girls could even decorate the top cardboard.
At your station, have each girl decorate what needs to be decorated and they can either use tacky glue or colored duct tape (you or a helper will probably have to pre-measure and cut the duct tape if you go that route). That way, once the girls decorate their drum, they can assemble it and it's more durable than cardboard so it's something they can keep.
Brownies or Daisies should be able to do this. Hope this helps...good luck on Thinking Day!

If what you are performing is not working then it's about time you take this to the next level with the aid of someone who has been doing your sneakers and learned the artwork of getting and influencing women, Joshua Pellicer and the answers you will see in his book Tao of Badass here https://tr.im/pPgWD .
Joshua Pellicer is a relationship skilled, who shows guys most of the techniques behind getting the lady they want to get and Tao of Badass is an on-line plan that tries showing men ways to get any attractive and hot girl they desire.
With this wonderful manual you will also get six bonuses, including the internet video Human Body Language Mastery, along side three free bonus books.
The many films are also outstanding, particularly the Human body Language Mastery series. These contain some good data that many men simply do not know about. Once you do know, nevertheless, you'll question the way you got by without it.

I reviewed this website for making balloon drums...looks pretty good and cost effective...I would try it with my students...could use cylindrical cardboard containers like pringle cans and oatmeal boxes and cover them with constuction paper and add appropriate ethnic motifs in crayon as an added plus...also in step five you might want to use a rubber band to attach the balloon to the cylinder instead of the suggested balloon since tying can be difficult...
