Iade a $70.00 payment, and now, 1wk later, my payment is still in "pending". Is this a normal time frame for an over-seas purchase? When I checked my eBay page, it said that payment was sent but I'm still in "paymet pending". Does anyone have experience with the Paypal aspect of eBay? Thanks Cindy

Paypal is horrible. They captialize on people who are too afraid to use their creditcards over a secure connection. Only problem is they are as bad as the people who steal credit card numbers.

Don't complain to Paypal too much either. They have a clause in their terms of service that you agreed to, which lets them cancel your account and keep your current balance "at Paypal's discretion, at any time, without express reason."

cindy,

i sure wish i could see that auction!

you say over -seas.

please tell me you didn't buy a designer or name brand shoe from CHINA?

most are counterfeits.

if it was me, i would pull that payment back out of PAYPAL, email the seller and ask him what is up.

his PAYPAL account may be FROZEN.

the reasons for this are many.

one being he's a scammer and PAYPAL is on to him.

if you want, you can email me the item # and i'll take a look for you.

i'm great at spotting a scam.

which ability your broking did no longer declare the fee yet. you will cancel the fee subsequently. regardless of the undeniable fact that, verify you sent the fee to the main appropriate e mail address of the broking.
