ok first i loan this kid my ipod and he wont give it back or pay for it. im in 9th grade he is bigger then me so i cant scare im in to it. He says he doesnt think he should pay for eather what should i do

My first suggestion is to see your principal, along with a friend of yours who was a witness to you loaning the iPod, as well as the failed attempt at getting it back. Explain the situation and ask if the student's parents can be notified because he is unwilling to return your property. Getting one or more of your parents involved, especially if they paid for it, guarantee that at least you will be taken seriously and matters will move forward. Good luck.

first of all its your own for loaning your ipod to a kid. Second tell your mom even though you proably will get a good kick in the butt. She will help deal with the situation.

first of all change that yung joc thing, cuz you are not yung joc and never will be, i dono about gettin your ipod, tell one of your bigger friends or i dont know if you want to tell your mom cuz youll prolly get embarrassed or somethin, other than that i dono, good luck
