how do i acept files from my phone to my pc using a bluetooth dongle?

From your phone, select the file. On Motorola phones you then select copy to bluetooth.

It will search for other bluetooth devices, choose your PC. On the pc, accept the file.

You can also do in bulk form the pc looking at the phone once it's "paired up", simply select and copy.
