I cannot figure this out for the life of me, even after browsing the Microsoft site.....I have a list of contacts (about 25 or 20) in my Microsoft Outlook Contacts. I have set up a Distribution list (that is now empty). I want to move approximately 10 contacts from my contact list into my distribution list, how do I do this? When the contacts are moved into my distribution list, will they still show up in my regular contact list also?? Please help!!

I have approximately 30 contacts in my regular contact list, in my distribution list of contacts, there are only 2 contacts that I can choose from, how can I get the rest of them into there??

When in Contacts in Outlook select File, then New, then Distribution List.....

Now you have a Distribution List dialog box....and must click on Select Members and then double click each member from the list of names in your Contacts List. After you've selected all the Members you want to be in this Distribution List, Click OK then give the Distribution List a Name and Click Save and Close.

You now have a distribution list in your Contacts under the Name you gave it, and when you wish to send an email to all the members of that list, just enter it in the TO: box and each member will receive that email.

Open your Distribution List, then Select Members. It simply adds the contacts to the Dist List.

You will still have them as individual contacts.

By the way, I usually name my lists such as "@jokes". Really helpful.
