It is wise to read content labels and to avoid as much processed food as possible at the supermarket. As for the rest, the bottom line in the modern capitalist world is that big business will try anything to take your money from you as easily as they can. Be vigilant and use your common sense to avoid getting your fingers burnt badly.

I can't believe you are shocked about this! Companies have been screwing us over for years! In fact, you can always assume that you are getting screwed in some way, shape, or form, no matter what you do. It seems to have become the American way....sad isn't it?

This world was founded on every person screwing the next so it doesnt surprise me that they are just now pointing out the flaws that have been the same for ever....
