I have questions for Rogers' pay-as-you-go.?

I need to know if I can use an msn messenger with a pay as u go cellphone. Tomorrow I get my razr phone and a new pay as u go simcard. Im wondering how much it will cost me to use msn on the cellphone.
If u have any ideas please tell me.
