Pop ups are a sign that your PC is infected with adware. Use these scans to remove it.
All of these are ones that I personally use and all are free. After you install any of them, make sure you update them to get the full affect.

Spybot - Search & Destroy detects and removes spyware, a relatively new kind of threat not yet covered by common anti-virus applications. Spyware silently tracks your surfing behaviour to create a marketing profile for you that is transmitted without your knowledge to the compilers and sold to advertising companies. If you see new toolbars in your Internet Explorer that you haven't intentionally installed, if your browser crashes inexplicably, or if your home page has been "hijacked" (or changed without your knowledge), your computer is most probably infected with spyware. Even if you don't see the symptoms, your computer may be infected, because more and more spyware is emerging. Spybot-S&D is free.

I would check to make sure you dont have spyware or a trojan horse on your computer. If those three things pop up everytime you start up, then it is possible. Look to make sure you dont have extra things running down on your taskbar that werent there before. Also search your computer to see if files with those names are installed on your PC. If they are, and you didnt do it, it is indeed Malware(just the general term for all of that crap). I would update whatever spy/ad/virus program you may have. Boot into safe mode, run a scan. After that, bootup regularly, and scan again just to make sure. I'm not positive that makes a difference, but thats how I was told to do it , and its worked three times! (That is, in the case of a trojan horse or something, but we'll just hope its not!!). Hope this helps...email me if not. clone17gmail.com
