They say it's best to finish your last pack of pills - but I didn't as I didn't know that at the time. I stopped taking my Week 1 pills after four days and literally got pregnant 2 days later after being on pill for 10 years!! My boy was gorgeous and healthy with no problems. I also did the same with 2nd pregnancy and took six days of Week 1 pills and the same thing happened!! We are all different but I don't think it has been proven to cause harm to the foetus if thats what youre thinking. If I were you I'd at least wait until the wedding is over in case you don't fit into your expensive dress!!! Also, you might be so stressed it wouldnt be wise. I lost so much weight in run up to my wedding without even thinking I was stressed - it just dropped off. Have a lovely day and good luck for future!!

I would tell you to come off of it when you actually want to start trying. The birth control pills is out of your system within a couple of days. Some people have trouble with getting pregnant after birth control but mainly with the depo shot. It takes up to a year for that type of birth control to get out of your system. I actually forgot to take two pills, and it tells you not to continue, and I found out i was pregnant with my first, the following month. Now my second it took about 3 months to conceive. Good luck to you
