I would go along with the gimp Friends reunited has schools,worplaces,neighbourhoods on there you are bound to find something or have you thought of contacting the different forces to see if they can let you know where they are then again they could be on friends reunited but if you want to email someone you have to join for 7.50 but it is free to search

well if you tell us who they are someone may know something to help you find them, we cant guess, you have to give us clues, i know people in the force from 30 years ago, it may just be them.
