By your picture, I can tell you're probably a girl. The best thing to do on your birthday is to watch a movie, eat pizza/cake, go to amusement park, and then last but not least, have a slumber party/sleepover with friends. (Do all the things above with friends)

If it is for a girl you should have a big party but like somewhere besides your house because if you want it to be big it can get messy. Make sure you have music that every one would like and you have to invite a lot of people even if you don't know them. This is only if you want your party to be the biggest party of the year. Thirteen or not it works and you get noticed.

If it's on a weekend let her invite a few friends over for a sleepover. if it's on a weekday maybe you could take her and a few friends to the local skating rink for a party.

purchase some water balloons. there low-cost. fill all of them up in the previous yur associates get on your position. have a snooze over and basically calm down aspect then you quite can all initiate having a water bomb wrestle and also you wont difficulty about having to make the bombs. desire this helps

Take some of His/Her friends and go to a hotel. That way they can swim and all that fun stuff. You could also let Him/Her have friends over and rent movies and play games.
