What is it called when you can get a certain word and flip it upside down and change it into a different word? Is there a website I can find them on??

I think you mean anbigram= such as mom =wow. can't think of any others there are not too many.

It is called an ambigram.
Example: 4+no.5 is ambigram of the word south
