It happens. And once in a while you get lucky and drink a lot and feel fine the next day.

Just a hangover. Drink in a lot of water. After you have done that drink some more. For your sore throat gargling with warm salty water or mouthwash can reduce the pain and inconvenience. You can find some good home remedies at http://ailments.in/sorethroat.html

Headaches, dizziness and sore throats are caused by tight neck muscles. When the neck muscles are tight they press into the throat to cause the pains you are having there. When the neck muscles are tight they also restrict everything going in and out of your head including the blood. When there is a reduced blood flow to the brain you will end up with a lowered oxygen level there as well. You will know if the oxygen level has dropped in the brain by feeling very tired. If the level drops more you will get dizzy, light headed, and more you will pass out. Your neck muscles go to the top of your head and connect to muscles that go around your head. When the neck muscles are tight they pull on those muscles as well and when they are in pain you have your headache. to get rid of these problems you have to free up your neck muscles and here's how to do that: Neck Put your hands alongside your head so your thumbs are on the front of the muscle under your ear and your fingers are on the back of the muscle behind your neck. Squeeze your thumb and fingers together and hold. Relax your body. When your fingers and thumb touch, about two minutes, slowly lower your head as far as you can, release the pressure but hold your neck lowered for another 30 seconds. Your back pain is caused by pinched muscles in it and to get rid of the pain you have to free up your back muscles and here's how to do that: Back: (do from a sitting position) Place your left hand on your left leg next to your body. Place your right hand over your left shoulder, fingers over the back and the palm in the front and firmly pull down on them and hold. After 30 seconds slowly lower your body forward and to the outside of your left leg, keeping your left arm fairly straight as you do. When you reach your lap remain there for another 10 seconds, release the pressure but rest there for another 30 seconds. Then reverse your hand positions and do your right side. For both- for best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed.

Maybe an alcohol allergy (yes it's possible). Take note of whatever it was you drank and don't drink it anymore.
Maybe just a regular hangover which is said to be a type of alcohol allergy as well. Just drink a bunch of water after you drink and b4 you go to bed. I never get hangovers even after being totally wasted. I'd like to keep it that way so I'll continue my method.

It's just dehydration. Drink more water before you go out and pop a vitamin B pill, it'll help your liver break down the alcohol. Well, a little bit anyway.
