OTHERWISE, IF NO SOUNDS COME TO YOU THEN WHAT YOU HEAR ARE ALL THE INTERNAL NOISES THE BODY PRODUCES AS IT FUNCTIONS. THE SOUND OF SILENCE IS YOU!

Yes, but it is so deafening, most people block it out.
