How can people be friendly to each other when a big factor appears called HATE

Friendly means behaving in a kind way to someone, as if they were a friend. The opposite is unfriendly.

talk to a therapist about your hate issues and work them out, then you will feel friendly towards others instead of hate

I always took it to mean showing kindness or compassion towards another person.
