The picture was taken about a year after they were wed. After she died he spent 5 years drinking (in the bottle) and has been sober for 3 years, so she died about 8 years before that.

not sure about this one, but i read an article recently that said the girl in "how forever feels" is Mandy, his (at the time) fiancee. They broke up sometime around 2000.
