You mean..like you're writing a story and need names? Well many names we use today would've been used. Like, Helen, Mary, Elizabeth, Elaine, Claire, Sarah.
You could go search "names" and go to a site with name definitions, look up a name you like and find out were it was originated, maybe the time it was used. It's quite helpful.
