What do i have to do when i am having a baby?

Stay calm.Being relaxed is the biggest part of having a baby besides pushing.You will have to go through all those painful contractions first.You have to contract hard enough to dialate to 10.It could take a few mins to a few hrs depending on your body.Sometimes if you don't dialate in the time frame the dr has set then you are looking at the possiblity of being induced which means the dr will put an iv in your arm to make your contractions stronger and more consistent If you still are unable to deliver your baby then you may need a c-section.Remember no matter how frightful this all sounds you must stay calm and relaxed not only for yourself but for the baby.

Take deeps breath and just focus on getting the baby out. Remember it will hurt, but when you see your bundle of joy, it will all be worth it.

not sure what you are asking if you are in labour call your midwife she will tell you what to do thats for the best

if you are in labor you need to go to the hospital
