i have heard a few u2 live tracks, and bono always seems to ackknowledge the edge, but not the others. why is this? are the band split falling apart?

The four members of U2 are as close as can be. They've known each other since they were in secondary school. Bono and Edge tend to interact much more on stage than Bono does with Larry and Adam, but I think it has more to do with your typical lead singer-lead guitarist camaraderie than anything else.

It would not suprise me. U2 is one of the worst bands in music today. They should have retired after Unforgettable Fire.
