Based on the anti-Americanism from Britain and France - which America sees everyday - would the US help those 2 countries? Should America help those 2 countries - only to increase anti-American sentiment - for "sticking its nose in other countries buisness" again?

Secondly: America acts not according to who its 'friends' are, or how much the French hate them, but according to its own national interest. It gets involved in foreign wars when it is its own interests to do so, or when it is in the interests of the governing party to do so. That is all. This is not extraordinary: all countries act this way. It's called foreign policy. Learn to live with it.
Thirdly: Just for kicks, I'm going to take this skull-crushing idiocy on. No one is stupid enough to get into a fight against Russia - or almost nobody. Hitler was stupid enough, and George W. Bush probably would be too. If anyone is dumb enough, it's Dubya. And the Russians would hand him his a*se. Hell, a bunch of tribal Sunnis with home-made explosives in the suburbs of Baghdad can hand him his a*se. God, I bet the French could beat the US at the moment. Which just goes to show: it's not what you've got, but how you use it.

Britain and France would win. Both have highly trained and efficient armed forces, Russia's is an ill equipped conscript army.

A mobilization of the sort it would take to perform the invasion you speak of would be easily noticed long before it was complete. Germany's mobilzation in direct defiance of the Versailles Treaty was noticed...but ignored. I doubt if this mistake will be made again (some say our United States is mobilizing, but we don't attack unprepared, defenceless coutries now do we?)

France couldn't fight off a 6 year old with a pea shooter. Uk would hold on very easily. I doubt if many Americans would support fighting to save France's butt a 3rd time.

France .... fighting..... you are joking. The frogs stayed on the middle of the fence in WW2 so I doubt VERY much if they would fight now! As for Britain theres not too many of us "British" left that could fight other Countries. USA are far too busy in Iraq mate to worry bout us.

Depends on the rulers of each of the countries, depends on the technologies, depends on the increased landspace/population of the countries, depends if any other allies got taken into the fight... (i think you should clarify a bit more, please. kinda an awkward question)
