I'm not sure what type of e-mail you are trying to access. Is it webmail or e-mail from your ISP? I tried to respond to you by e-mail but your preferences in yahoo do not allow that. Try the program RockXP http://www.snapfiles.com/get/rockxp.html it is great for finding passwords. That should be a good start.
The program that I listed above will find most passwords for web based mail if it was accessed with IE.
