Hi, sometimes you have your router set up as WEP Not web but WEP.

This means that you could have to enter a password which matches your routers password. Its like a key you type in the settings of your usb software.

I too had the same problem and although this may not be of help I thought I'd respond. What happened is it showed connected and installed ok but I got the PAGE CANNOT BE DISPLAYED setting. So I remembered I had it set up as wep so I remembered the password and in the usb setting I set it as wep and typed in the password and then I was able to connect..it was just wep.

Are they getting a signal? ie; The computer with the USB adaptor finds a signal but says it can't connect. If this is the case, yes it could be WEP passkey thats needed, however, you will have had to already setup a passkey when settign up the router in the first place.

The WEP passkey is basically to prevent people in surrounding area "hacking" your network. If the router isnt set up with a passkey it is open, and you should have no problem connecting from the other computers, so long as they were finding a signal.

It is more likely in my opinion to be something to do with DNS server or DHCP server details. Try unplugging everything (router etc) then find the reset button on the router, press this, then plug everything back in, before powering up. This could release the server details.

Also, try to install the USB adaptors afresh after this, and they should find the router.
