Boy loves but doesn't kiss?

What do you do if a boy claims to love you but won't kiss you [due to either dislike or shyness]? I'm not saying kissing has to do with love, but I'm just wondering...what's up with that??

Check the breath. If he seems too shy, grab him and make the first move.

have no idea but i would surprise him by laying one on him unexpectedly infront of other ppl. it might help him get over his shyness!
