I used to work for multiple orgs and one of the easiest ways is to make a 2" column down the left side of the page and list your officers down that side. Its a good place to put your web site phone and other contact information to make it all look uniform.

THis was tricky for me too. I just wanted to raise money to donate to the different local Orgs where I live. I call the city to see if I needed a Lic and explained to them what I wanted to do. In this way, I was able to open a bank account (although I already had a FIN

Now. you have to have to file about a 10 page book with the IRS and get you Fin # and you non profit letter for the bank account. And pay anywhere from $1500 ++ for this. where above I only paid $10.

The bank is looking that you have been filed with the state or IRS. The officer or Officers will be list on this letter that you receive. It isn't something that you should try to make up.
