First of all, DON'T pop them. That will cause them to spread. You need to get your skin on a 'healthy habit' that consists of a cleanser, toner and a moisturizer for everyday use. That will help to prevent whiteheads from reoccouring. You also need to get a good exfoliating scrub for twice a week. I'd suggest stopping by your local Clinique counter and getting good stuff for your skin.

Steam your face once a week for 3 to 4 minutes to open up the pores. Use a home made face scrub using the white of an egg and a little salt.More cheap and natural remedies for black and white heads at the link below.

well i know this seems terrible, but if you can SEE the white CLEARLY, then you should pop them.

either wash your hands REALLY well or use a needle thats washed with soap and water or dipped into rubbing alcohol/acid. do not PICK at the pimple. all you do is squeeze both sides until the head of white pops out. keep squeezing until ALL the white is gone and all thats left is blood.

then, either let the pimple heal on its own (use no product at all for at least a day) or just dab some neosporin or other antibacterial cream on.

thats all you can do. for other pimples, however, i say dont touch your face at all, and just deal with them.

Steam Steam Steam...allow your skin to absorb steam. Wash your hands thoroughly and then pinch the pimples using a tissue. You just need to pinch slightly and they will release the puss. After, take an astringent like Neutrogena brand and apply with a clean cotton ball. All their products are really good. You might want to try Proactive brands too...they are great. Good luck!

i pop them as soon as they come up
then before i go to bed wash my face really really well

then put isocol on my face
then put a little dab of toothpaste on the pimple

do the same the next night and then its normally gone.

only put toothpaste on for 2-3 nights in a row, it dries out the skin to much if u leave it longer and ur skin starts peeling

wash with lime and milk.
bring the milk to a gentle boil, and then add the juice from one lime, and you can wash your face. Let it cool a little
