I have 2 Acer Laptops (TM 8204 and A 5100) both of them with VISTA OEM Upgrade DVD's. Also I have the new VISTA Ultimate DVD 32 and 64 bits. The thing is that I don't know what to do. If I install the upgrade DVD it won't be full version of Vista because it is a Business edition. If I install the Ultimate DVD softwate I afraid for the file system...Once I convert it to NTFS...can I still use my (built-in) Recovery console or the Original Recovery XP Back up CD (that I've made when I start for FIRST time the computer(-s)
I know that the question is kind of complicate but this is very serious and actually important part of my future computer usages.
Thank you in advance!

Thank you to all people who try to help with this question.I just call ACER and they told me : if you use our OEM upgrade Vista (FAT32) you'll have our Technical Support(as per the warranty that I have) ...if you use any Retail (Microsoft) Vista DVD's you're going to lose our support.Period.Microsoft cannot provide the support that ACER will give you.So think....
That's is the conclusion.
Wow,I am stoned...

You wont notice a difference in the file system....plus....FAT32 is outdated and unstable....NTFS is the new era.....anyways...you wont notice a difference....

and yes.....you can recover with your cd

UPDATED------------------------------------------------------

I would go with warranty over filesystem. I still cant believe theyre making FAT32 filesystems....thats so gay. Just go with their upgrade, and if it screws up........let them fix it.

Actually, I would do a Ghost image of your pc, so if something goes wrong, you could go back to your current XP setup (not something years ago).
