How do you reseat your ipod?

i want to try to fix it and i just want to know some basics or at least a good website...Thanks!

turn hold on, then off. then hold down the menu and select buttons for a few seconds until it switches off

If your ipod is frozen then hold down menu and the middle circle at the same time for a few seconds. If you just want to reset it and delete all the songs then go to itunes while your ipods is connected to your computer-click on your ipod-click reset ipod.
