im starting to really like this girl..shes bi but she doesnt know i am...shes friendly towards me...and she used to say "youre the cutest"...however, she never tried to touch me or anything, not even hug...and i usually see her flirting with guys...do i have the chance or what can i do to be closer to her?

you should come out to her as bi curious or bi and see what her reaction is and who knows she may start flirting with you.
