...is she on your mind for the rest of the day and you think about her sexually?

I ask this because there is a man at my work who always stares at me (discreetly but Ive noticed it)..Its been happening for about a year..

..Is he having sexual thoughts about me?

How would he react if I made a move on him? He is cute himself...

im a male, tests have shown that men think about sex every 15 seconds, of course he is thinking naughty thoughts about you (all day)

there is always an element of sexual attraction, you say this man is married, i would suspect that he is in a loveless marraige and feeling lonely, he probably has no social life, so he may have forgotten how to talk to people, he looks at people and wishes that he knew how to approach people and make friends with them.

If you made a move on him i think he would be very flattered but he would not react quickly you would have to be very patient with him possibly encouraging him for a couple of weeks/months before he made a date with you.

Remember he is married and there would be a lot of baggage coming along with that, even if he was not happily married you would always be the other woman.

also what would happen at work when the relationship finished, who would have to leave there job, because that is what would happen.

Be very careful.

First, If you like the guy that is staring at you, go for it, and ask him out. Sometimes we guys like it when the lady makes the first move.

Second, when we stare at a good looking lady for long periods of time we are not necessarily thinking about sex. I'm not saying that the thought does not cross our mind... Well actually sex can be part of what we are thinking... Its usually more like "Wow, I wonder if she knows how to cook, keep a clean house, do the laundry"... stuff like that.... (just kidding) Actually, you are giving us a little more credit than we deserve.... Most of the time we are not really thinking of anything at all! Being men, we just sometimes get "locked" in the staring mode for no real reason.

Now go ask that guy out! Who knows, he may be home thinking about you right now!

Wait, I did not see that the guy was married.... You may want to stay away....It's your call.

Men think about sex about every 6 to 7 minutes. If this chap is staring at you its because you have a nice bottom, boobs or smile. You may momentarily be the object of some fantasy or other but there will be nothing obsessive about it.

It really isn't anything personal, honest.

He'd probably run a mile to be honest, if he's been snatching glimpses of you and trying to do it without you realising then he'll have built you up in his mind as some sort of goddess that he could never attain. If he thought he stood a chance he would have taken action before now, looking at someone every day and convinvcing yourself that they are unobtainable makes for a very low self esteem, so if you did show interest he'd probably assume that you were leading him on to then crush him by rejecting him or just having fun at his expense.

Since life is indeed short, I'd say make a move on him. It's been my experience that men stare at you when they're attracted to you. He might be a bit shy. Go for it!!!

Yes, if she is intelligent and a couple of other points.
If you like him make a move, remember he is married so you could end up getting hurt.!!!
Good Luck.!!!

If it's been a year and he stares at you without making a move then i'll be careful, that sounds more like obsessed.

he is more than likely fantasizing about you....and if he is married, perhaps making a move on him is not a good thing....it could ruin the guys life..

If you make the move he will either run or go for it
