My two favorite resources for this information are fertilityfriend.com, which has space for charting your cycles online, and an e-book all about charting, as well as guides to help figure out what things mean, and the book Taking Charge of Your Fertility, by Toni Weschler.

I love using Fertility Friend. I believe you can use it free for 1 month & then join. I think its well worth it. It takes the thought out of temping!

An excellent book... Natural Fertility, by Francesca Naish expains it all clearly, and when you start charting your temp each morning you will start to learn yourself what it all means (very usefull) wether you're trying TO or trying NOT to!
