I'm not familiar with this one, but I would give odds that it's just another Nigerian web scam.

I too received a letter two days ago from this company saying I have won 6000 pounds and asking me to respond within 7 days and to enclose 19.95 to secure an immediate certified cheque. Even though it was tempting I decided not to respond.
