Depends on how much you eat of it. Like the entire pizza? I don't think so. One or two slices and go work it off.

Your workin' on the food groups, so why not? Everything has calories some more than others, but did they watch calories and carbs back in the day? There were less overweight people then than we have now.
A pizza has the food groups that we need. Like one other person said. Don't eat a whole pizza to yourself and you'll be fine. BTW, I think Hawaiian pizza is nasty.

Is that what Pizza Hut is pizza??? i do no longer call a place who serves sauce and toppings on a cracker crust pizza. The state of ny is familiar with what actual pizza dough is! wager you could tell i'm no longer partial to Pizza Hut and don't eat there.

i cant say you can class pizza has healthy at all, thin crust is a better choice though, but its the cheese that has an awful lot of fat in it, pizza hut offer you the choice of half cheese, this means that they put half the amount on for you so it is not as fattening, hope this helps

Even though it is high in grease and fat, you will be able adding some of portions of your basic food groups, dairy (cheese), fruit (pinneapple), and grains (from the crust).
