It's probably a little scratched, blocking out that file. I'm missing the file under Movies, called "UndeadEd.mpq". Can anyone provide it perhaps? Without it I can't run the game!

Obviously I did that a million times already. I repeat, the problem is that I don't have a certain file, because the disk is scratched!
Can you or NOT provide the file?!?!?

Best thing to do is return it to the store where you bought it for an exchange or call the manufacturer. They should have no problem supporting you.
Just don't tell them that the CD is scratched.

first uninstall all the program,and remove any file belong to it
then re install the program .that is all!.
