You can temporarily disable the popup blocker, by holding down the Ctrl key on the keyboard. That will allow you to click a link, to get to a website..good luck..

With IE running, choose TOOLS, Pop Up Blocker, Turn Off Blocker.

There is a choice to turn off all blocking (not suggested) or just for a certain web site (this is what I use).

click the down arrow on the Pop-Up Blocker
click, to remove the checkmark next to "enable pop-up blocker."
