OK my question is what if someone donated eggs and they went to more than one couple, which i am betting they do. OK, what happens in 20yrs, when the children go out and start a family of their own, and they mate/married their brother or sister simply because they didn't know that they were related? I am wondering if anyone took that into consideration?

I don't think that happens very often. But most states require blood tests, etc. when you get married to prevent this from happening.

There is a VERY minimal chance of that happening. One in probably 10 million. Many states require blood testing prior to marriage certificates being issued. Also, there are regulations that limit how many times a woman can donate her eggs to further reduce that possability.
