Its easy to post an opinion as an answer to a question, but asking a question is like admitting weakness.

A good question is difficult to find IMO. Very often I would like to comment on people`s answers, especially when a whole bunch of them pop up for the same question that IMO I know are dead wrong. Anyways thank you for pointing out that you care. Before I post my next answer, I will ask a meaningful question. Enjoy!

Some just post questions, and don't answer many. What is the problem? For myself, I have spent years studying Scriptures, and the opinion of someone I don't know would have little weight. If I knew a person well, and admired them, then if they expressed a different opinion, I would seriously study the matter out, but how am I really supposed to get to know someone through this medium? When someone E-mails, me, I do more study.

Most questions people think to ask have already been answered
you can search your question before you ask it... more than likely you will have an answer
THIS QUESTION YOU ASKED HAS BEEN ASKED SEVERAL TIMES BEFORE
There is also the deal of losing 5 points every time you ask a question
I replicated a question 6 times because I was trying to get everyone to report this obscene idiot on here and lost 30 points I was so ticked off !

I have posted only 2 questions...but maybe it's like me some of us are a whole lot older then a lot of the people asking the questions...soooo we have lived these things, and have the answers to them...( or at least OUR answers to them.

Seems pretty simple to me; two reasons, one, they don't want to lose any points, only gain them, and two, they think/know that the majority of people on here are just like them, and the probability that they know the answer to their question any more than the asker does is low.

I for one will do a search of my question before I ask - a lot of these questions have already been asked & answered 100 times. Why make it 101?
Also, I'm a point hoarder. LOL

I answer wayyy more than I ask questions, probably because they just dont have anything to ask at the moment, or they may just be trying to get al ot of points, and asking a question takes away points.

I can't speak for everyone. However, I don't post any questions because I know everything I'm interested in knowing. And I have a library card.... so, you know...I can find stuff out on my own.
